You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, complete with accessories, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Write to us at support@yokaisteel.com stating your order number, the email used for the purchase, and the reason for your request.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear also depends on your bank or payment processor.
Our products are decorative replicas for cosplay, display, and collecting. They are not intended for offensive, sporting, or improper use.
